Articulate provides AI-powered speech coaching, audio recording, analysis, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to any audio recordings or other content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Articulate a license to use, process, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You shall not upload any content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Articulate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
